Our first step is to meet with senior management to understand the vision, mission, and goals of the organization in terms of the safety culture and personnel development objectives. Following an initial assessment and evaluation, we will do a simple gap analysis and then propose a customized program of classroom training and field coaching.

We will work with management to establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) so that successes and improvements can be tracked and measured. Typically there are interactive workshops followed by workplace coaching which include the metrics to gauge improvement.  

Ultimately, the improvements become self-sustaining so that we can step aside and watch the enhanced culture operate efficiently as a new and improved paradigm.
